Noisy room and Construction of drivewayPros: Location was great
Resort overall was dated but clean and had all ammenities.Cons: Road work early in morning
Room 136 was next to service room and was very loud at night.
Didn't get much sleep due to noise.
Wifi was barely serviceable.
GSM cell reception was voice only. CDMA worked ok.
Timeshare PropertyPros: Location to shops/dining.Cons: Shower heads and the fact that it's a timeshare property. So be prepared to deal with sales people constantly.
Pros: Beautiful groundsCons: Grounds have many bugs. Parking is a nightmare.
Rooms are very dated and not well cleaned.
Pros: It was nice and quite . Rooms where big and update and the grounds very well taken care of. Will be back again.
Amazing stay!!Pros: Awesome grounds and room was amazing! Fun activities and things to do with the family. Right in the mix of everything there is to do! Only wish my stay was longer!Cons: Being in Arizona and hot, would have been nice to have some complimentary water in the room
Great stayPros: So many amenities right on site: spa, mini golf, tennis, pool, organized activities, free yoga. Amazing value for the money. The staff really could not have been more friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us get a refund for a booking mistake that was our fault.Cons: The facilities are a little dated, but not nearly as much as some of the reviewers on here suggest. I think it has everything to do with how much you spent for the room—if you spend $250+ you may feel let down because your expectations are higher. We spent ~$150 because it was a heat wave so we were amazed at how much we got for that—free yoga? Yes, please!
Pros: We liked that everything at the Resort was close. Pool, gym, spa, lobby, activities. And that there were restaurants, wine tasting, and shops on the property. Also loved that they offered activities like yoga, meditation, and kid things.Cons: The rooms could use an update. We felt it was a little 70sish. Larger Bathroom/Tubs would be nice. I think that a real oven would have been nice too. Also leave enough coffee for the entire visit since you don't get room service everyday.
Great for family vacationPros: Kid friendly. Lots of activities for kids. Mini golf coarse, park full of family game options. Full kitchen means you don't have to eat out which is good if you have small kids. Cons: Desk staff a little rough around the edges. We asked to book an extra night. This turned out to be a confusing request to have made. Desk staff ultimately figured it out and it was fine, but only after two calls and two visits to the desk.
Pros: Nice bed, good staff Cons: Shabby room, needs update. Rooms had poor lighting. Paid a lot for the too and it wasn't very nice.
Pros: Good location Cons: Concierge was pushy about signing up for their $150 3 nights, 4 day "deal" Lured us there by telling us they had a farewell gift.
All good except the pushy sales effortsPros: Nice grounds, pretty lobby, close to good stuff in Sedona. Cons: Constantly being hounded to buy a timeshare. I don't want your dumb timeshare!! Or your check in gift or your check out gift. Ugh!!
