Awesome stay at affordable cost! Clean and beautiful! Rooms had everything you can want (can openers in kitchens etc)
Pros (+) Location and grounds were beautiful with lots of activities available.
Cons (-) I was overcharged by getaroom.com over the advertised price. Pull out bed could have been more comfortable. It was difficult to get into the restaurant when the food was only mediocre and ambiance was so so.
Pros (+) Location was great and really loved the on-site creek area. Room was also a good size.
Cons (-) Timeshare sales pitch when checking in was extremely disappointing. Even though the room was a good size it was in desperate need of a remodel. The WiFi wasn’t even strong enough to open up a webpage let alone do any work. Normally I’d just figure something out but WiFi was included within the $30 resort fee. 10am check out was beyond ridiculous.
Pros (+) The only issue was the compressor noise from the unit beside me. Loud and late night

Cons (-) Rooms were old and outdated for the price. No maid service so no fresh linens. We had to call and ask for fresh towels and coffee.
Pros (+) The view was fantastic. We enjoyed our upgrade to a suite.

Cons (-) Shower heads and the fact that it's a timeshare property. So be prepared to deal with sales people constantly.
Pros (+) Awesome grounds and room was amazing! Fun activities and things to do with the family. Right in the mix of everything there is to do! Only wish my stay was longer!
Cons (-) Being in Arizona and hot, would have been nice to have some complimentary water in the room
Pros (+) So many amenities right on site: spa, mini golf, tennis, pool, organized activities, free yoga. Amazing value for the money. The staff really could not have been more friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us get a refund for a booking mistake that was our fault.
Cons (-) The facilities are a little dated, but not nearly as much as some of the reviewers on here suggest. I think it has everything to do with how much you spent for the room—if you spend $250+ you may feel let down because your expectations are higher. We spent ~$150 because it was a heat wave so we were amazed at how much we got for that—free yoga? Yes, please!
Pros (+) It was nice and quite . Rooms where big and update and the grounds very well taken care of. Will be back again.
