Pros (+) Comfortable & clean room with mini fridge & coffee maker, good variety at complimentary breakfast, all rooms open onto the inside pool/grass/aviary area, staff friendly & helpful. Lots of chairs, tables & chair setups, lounge chairs at pool.
Cons (-) Mattresses were a bit softer than I like & pillows were maybe shredded foam rubber compacted into a small pillow size, but were okay for sleeping.

Pros (+) Everything in the room was clean and decorative. Very spacious and comfortable. Coffee, teas, bathrobe and ironing board in the restroom was a plus. Checkout's at noon!
Cons (-) You had to go outside to the ice machine in order to use a microwave and it was cold outside. Didn't wanna warm up any food that I brought.

Pros (+) Friendly helpful staff, lovely well-maintained courtyard with lush green plants, pool, and aviary with chirping parakeets. Great bar and lounge, amazing dinner. Minutes to Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Gardens, & old town Scottsdale. Good parking. Considering location & overall quality of our experience this motel is an amazing bargain.
Cons (-) Tub and shower a bit outdated but clean and functional.
