I work for customer support, and I can say that I am amazed how good the service was along with the rooms and gym designs, food, language skills, security and after services. Frequently, they will surprise you with complimentary food and beverages. If you need anything, just ask for it, they provide your unexpected need, and treat you like a family member. Cons: The rooms are not cheap and, for the price, things are a little 'tired' compared to an equivalently-priced hotel in Asia or North America. The lounge is excellent with the exception of the computers, which are slow (if they work at all). There are more reasonably priced places in the same area, but it is still a great hotel, so if you want a bit more luxury/a few more facilities and are prepared to pay for it, this could be your place!

Cons: Plumbing problem in that room that the check out woman admitted they knew about. The noise so loud when room above turned on their shower (at 130am !!!) woke me like an alarm clock disoriented and disturbed. Then again at 830am!!! Not good enough for what is supposed to be one of the premier hotels in SP. I guess as an entry level room they don’t care if their overseas visitors stay in this room. Ok they said when I complained, next time you stay we won’t put you in that room . What a joke!!

I travel to luxury destinations all over the world staying in the best hotels and as long as the photos are not being used for commercial use nobody should ever have a problem with it. His reasoning was to conceal identity of other guests but there were no other guests in the photo I’m not an idiot

Cons: For a 5 stars hotels, surprisingly no option to make a booking with breakfast included despite the rate is about US$500 and up per night, and if you wish to have breakfast in the hotel it costs around US$34 !!?? Second thing we didn't like, if you go to the bar of the hotel and there is live music, then there will be charged of R$60/person as artistic fee, so half of our invoice was this fee !!!?? Then you go to the room, and you'll not find tooth brush nor hair comb, which are essential amenities!! Although you can ask it from house keeping, we asked 2 tooth brush and we got one and hair comb was not available. In the room there is nespresso machine, however it's not complementary, charge on each coffee capsule R$11 + service 15% !!!!??? So in total it's over priced hotel and should be much much better in return of what's been paid

Cons: The service is a bit shambolic, the swimming pool is tiny, the food in the Jazz bar is poor (the jazz is good). Breakfast is a bit disappointing for a 5* hotel, The (virtually new) decor is intended to look like it is from the 1950s but to my eyes just looked gloomy and old fashioned. It's expensive for what you get.

Cons: I thought the value for how much I paid was extremely poor. The Fasano is incredible cheap insofar that they do not give the customer the value of what they paid in amentities and courtesies. I find it irresponsible that I should have pay for coffee pods in my room, for breakfast and for any little thing that they can catch you on. That shows me that they are unwilling to open their hand as much as I did when I paid an exboritant price to stay here. It’s unfortunate and to tell you the truth I will dissuade others from staying here because of that.

Cons: During breakfast, there was a staff member from the kitchen taking food and putting it in small plastic bags, I guess for other staff members. Because restaurant is in renovations, we were having breakfast by the pool and she kept on coming back and filling dozens of plastic bags. Customers could not enjoy the area where she would take food because she would stay there for 20 min at a time and she wouldn’t move even though customers wanted to serve themselves. It’s ok if they eat the buffet food but wait until customers breakfast is over!!! Also hotel doesn’t have any international newspapers. Only one local one! Others hotels in the area use this app called Pressreader where you can read magazines and newspapers from all over the world but not this hotel... which is a pity. Would probably book another hotel next time

Greasy chairs and tables, unclean knifes and forks, re-used paper placemats etc. Tip: when you have so many staff walking around in the breakfast area, how about you let them clean the tables and chairs once in a while - and replace the paper placemats after a guest leaves. 2. Fine rooms, although the beds are too short for us tall northern Europeans - and the feet dangling outside of the bed is not really comfortable. Tip: make sure you have a few beds with longer mattresses available for tall guests! Furthermore: noisy! Both the AC and the street (many bars with outside terraces) noise (although we were on a high floor) was intense.

Staffs did not focus on our check-in and talked to other customer.... Staffs changed three times for our check-in.... Duplicate confirmation and check-in process....We were so tired of that. We never stay at this hotel.

Pros: The room was huge and had everything we needed! The bed was comfy and they even provide guests with a kettle, which is very handy. The hotel has a pool and a fitness room, which I did not use, but seemed nice. Upon arrival, we noticed the air conditioning was not working, so we got moved to another room quickly. Staff was nice and the location is excellent, very close to the Paulista Avenue and Oscar Freire Street.

Cons: it's a hike uphill to the Metrô station (Trianon-MASP) but only a few minutes. Shopping center also just up the hill on Paulista. Not on the main route for airport bus: you may have to walk w/ your luggage.
