Mostly helpful staff ...they try hard
BE CAREFUL! Got charged at check in by Flavio who's very rude, no one helps you with loggage, I asked for help, and with a terrible attitude he put my loggagein the elevator. Then they rushed me to the lobby to pay for an extra night that I already reserved threw booking saying they couldn't extend my stay unless I made a payment even though I had my credit card registered. I canceled the reservation since I was forced to pay at the lobby. And they still charged me for it. Very misleading and dishonest! In front desk they are never able to find the reservation threw booking and they make you pay, then charge you the cancelation. Then give you bs excuses and since no one speaks English makes it impossible to get your point across. At the end they charge you twice! Not worth the money nor the headache. Asked to talk to the manager Zezhio but he wasn't there, of course never contacted me. After I checked out I received a bunch of poorly written messages to make it seem like they were concerned, yet all the days I was there, never got an answer! Horrible experience!
Fair price. Comfortable. Good location.
I missed the usual coffee counter on the reception desk.
Breakfast was fine, room spacious, mattress comfortable.
Gym did not have mats and was rather hot.
Not a first time staying at this hotel and hopefully not the last one
