Cons: Hotel booked us a black taxi to sambadrome and guy was absolutely horrible, he charged us double price then we suppose to pay, when get into a car, meter already showed 50$reals, he was so cheeky that he pulled over petrol station to get a petrol and chat to friend over there for few mins without stopping a meter, never happened to us before, also he didn’t bother to give change back when we paid him double price, PLEASE make sure hotel pick a right taxi for you or do it yourself

Pros: I had stayed here at the beginning of this year, having a great experience. Good Aisén room, very clean and very fast internet connection. This time around room was still large but cleanliness was only OK. Internet connection was slow and choppy. I hope that the hotel management can improve on these issues. Gym continues to be top class.

Cons: Requested to book into room early (between 8-9am) when I did my reservation as I am arriving on a long distance flight from AMS and wanted to shower and go to the office. I arrived at 11:00 due to flight delays and asked for the early check-in and was told this is possible for an additional 105 Euro? I find this extremely excessive especially if my room cost is 150 Euro / night and I am also a frequent user of the hotel and a Silver member. I obviously did not accept this and had to wait another 2 hours before a room was ready.
