Cons: Location was very central, but as a female solo traveller I didn't feel comfortable walking by myself at night. Small dark Alley with loads of homeless on the way.

Pros: Very central location, just blocks away from the downtown and right next to the "mirador", friendly staff and a view from the roof terrace. Having breakfast ready in the morning was also a plus, I really needed that coffee.

Cons: Cleanliness. There were layers of dust in all the little corners and I am not so sure that the sheets were washed as there were stains on them. Also, in the dorm rooms you only get a blanket but no top sheet and I seriously doubt those blankets are washed after every stay.

Cons: It took me way too much time to open the door using the fingerprint system at night, I did not enjoy that. Also, I would suggest a more flexible and perhaps bigger breakfast

Pros: It's a wonderful hostel and I would stay on it again.
Cons: Some minor things: 1) I stayed in a top room where there was a level at the door, stop and as soon as I left it for the first time I hit my head quite hard. Those who are over 1,70m (5'57) must pay attention to that. 2) as it was hot I had to sleep with the window open even with a fan in the room (fortunately they had a fan on it, something which is unfortunately not common in Mexico hostels). It's a problem if you don't bring a sleeping mask. 3) They didn't offer a soft blanket to me.

Pros: The hostel has an amazing location right at the cathedral's square at te edge of the city center. Everything you wanna see in Querétaro is close by and there are also shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Cons: The hostel was old and needs some renovation. The bathroom was shady and dirty. The toilet seat was broken and seemed to be like that for quite a while. The personal was ok but not too friendly either. Breakfast was included but kinda small.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodated my request to arrive really late.
Cons: The bottom bunk bed I slept in felt very confined, the walls where painted black and the finishing was terrible, so it made you feel like you where stuck in a whole, rather than sleeping in a bunk bed. The bathroom needs a bit of upkeep, but the water was plenty and really warm.
