The pool and spa were wonderful.
Had to park in the dirt lot.
No towels provided. Called once an hour and they said they’ll bring them right over until eventually they said they don’t have them at all. At one call they said they’ll get us face. Towels instead but they didn’t do that either. No service whatsoever.
Had 3rd floor room with a pleasant view of a cute little wooden walking bridge. Very clean, very comfortable able to enjoy the heated pool and oh so relaxing jacuzzi. Made memories at the coast with my family and showed them places from my childhood. Was awesome.
A little pricey for my taste, but as they say you get what you pay for. And it was far superior to our other options.
Convenience was the priority. No food offerings at the time. Parking was convenient.
This hotel was one of the best I have stayed with. There was one problem not the hotel but the City walking paths could be wonderful for guests they have artwork displayed but there is garbage, homeless encampments and they use the seated benches at bridge for drug use. It’s not friendly at all. Santa Rosa needs to care for homeless so residents and visitors can enjoy the parks.
