Attractive cosy room. Helpful staff. Amenities we're much reduced due to Covid 19 but staff did their best and we're kind, despite facing imminent hotel closure.
Better if there was no Covid19!
There are many things about this hotel that I could rave about. First is the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. We were traveling home during the COVID 19 issues and although we had intended to stay in Santa Fe a couple of days, we ended up cutting it short because we were anxious to get home. They had already had a lot of cancellations and they gave us an upgrade on our room so I felt really bad for checking out early. But we are hoping to return and we will definitely come back to this hotel when we do. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and the Plaza is in walking distance and the property and rooms are beautiful. I didn't get to try the food at the hotel, but hopefully next time!
My only complaint if I had one, would be the pillows on the bed. They had so little support that I ended up putting the robe from the bathroom under my head. That is probably just a personal preference though and definitely would not hinder me staying there again. I just might bring my pillow from home next time. :)
Great, quirky property. Loved the rooms, the ambience and the breakfast. A fantastic place to stay. So easy to walk over to the square, the abbey and restaurants. They really take care of you. And the breakfast was top notch. We loved it.
I didn't like that we only stayed there one day. If I knew it was going to be such a find, we'd have stayed an extra night and explored more of Santa Fe.
Complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Staff were warm and welcoming. The Inn was quaint, comfortable and homey. We loved the Happy Hour with the local Musican.
The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The happy hour and breakfast was more than expected. Definitely stay here again.
