Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location and proximity to local attractions and amenities. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty hallways, lack of regular housekeeping, and rooms not being cleaned during their stay. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff helpful and attentive, while others report non-responsive staff and inconvenient check-in or check-out procedures. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in cleanliness and service could enhance the guest experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
