Pros (+) Location is awesome. This hotel has no parking but it is very easy to find in the adjacent streets of this closed access neighborhood.
Cons (-) The hotel needs a lot of work! Paint on the walls, etc. Restaurant is shut down, perhaps after hurricane Maria. They seem to be very short staffed.
