Cons (-) We arrived on December 5, 2018. I called on November 29, 2018 to be assured that a late arrival would be ok, as our airline reservation was changed to a later time. When we arrived at Da'house Hotel, at 1:45 a.m., there was no one to check us in. We had to find a different Hotel, the Hyatt Place, and spent $321.00 for room. Very angry and disappointed was our mood.

Pros (+) I absolutely loved the atmosphere of Da House! It has a very calm vintage appeal! An is perfectly located in the heart of old SanJian and about 15 mins away from the airport! It’s really close, walking distance from the cruise port, and all major historical landmarks....and also a short ride to Condado Beach! I loved it! The staff was great.
Cons (-) Only thing, this is a walk up, no elevator but the staff was very kind to help with my bags!

Pros (+) I really loved the rooftop terrace. Maybe it's the atmosphere or the full moon on top of us , we don't now but it really felt relax and I really was in need of that feeling. The hotel is at walking distance of all the old San Juan amenities so I really loved the area!
Cons (-) Well it's a boutique hotel and the building was build maybe 200 or 300 years ago it Didn't have any elevator as i expected (only 4 floors use the stairs) but I did have a beautiful experience and the building is nicely decorated . The art through all the hotel was very interesting.
