Pros (+) The suites were nice but not what the pictures on the website show
Cons (-) I had to switch rooms. The first room had no window and the tv didnt work. Moved rooms the next day, definitely a lot more space for the money i spent however some tvs didnt work, the water wasnt always hot and one sink didnt work. Oh and it was operating with 1 elevator the whole trip

Pros (+) Loved our stay!! Spent the day relaxing on their rooftop pool with pina coladas in hand! Great views of San Juan! Our rooms were perfect and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again for an even longer stay next time! The staff was extremely helpful and very accomidating!
