Pros (+) Our reservation was for two rooms. When arrived at the hotel at 2:AM, they said it was only one. I showed them the Kayak confirmation email, and they provided us with the second room. The rooms were as perfect as they could be. We only stayed one night on the way to my mother-in-law's funeral. We got the rest, that we needed to face the next few days. Staff was very helpful.
