The breakfast was good and the actual room
The service was horrible, our air was off when we got there, the price was a lot for what we were provided. Same with parking
They are handling everything with cova 19 with every respect for the guest, i have found other properties should take a better look at this situation through the eyes of the guest, like Riu.

Came for one night and staff were great and organised. Hotel was very clean and looked good. Rooms were very big and were very clean and had most of the amenities. Water pressure in the shower was great! Huge mirrors and lovely big TVs which was great! Nice seating area and lots of light. Loved the black our blinds that were used.
The room could have done with a tea and coffee bar, nothing too fancy. The only thing kind of bad about the room was that when we opened the blinds to see the view the whole window was caked in bird poop. So that was kind of bad couldn’t really see the view. The breakfast. My husband had eggs that apparently tasted similar to powered eggs and we payed over $50 for breakfast. Just pancakes (3 pancakes, like 1/2 cup of fruit and tea with 2 kashi bars) and my husband got a water ($6) and a regular breakfast that was $19! Just very expensive for the quality you’re getting when I could go to Denny’s across the road and pay that for 3-4 people.
Pretty. One block from Wharf.
Zero communication! They didn’t tell us where the pool was (the hrs), how to keep your room key to exit parking, etc. So annoying.
The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are really nice. The beds are so comfortable and it’s in a great location most places are within walking distance or close to the bus system to get around.
They were only open one day before I checked in. The first room they gave me someone had stayed in and the room wasn’t cleaned and the bed hadn’t been made. They also didn’t offer ice buckets for the ice machine.
