Pros: The only good thing about my stay at Hotel Zephyr was:
- The pillows and bed was super comfortable.
- Smart TVCons: - The room was not clean
- Bathroom was not clean
- Appliances were old and paint was coming out of them.
Great Hotel with perfect location!Pros: Location is perfect, rooms are clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly. Great place to stay, unique property with special amenities not typically found in hotels.
Pros: Very nice place for tourist visit. Room was a little small. Great location. Great lobby area. Wonderful outside area to relax after hours. Very hippyish placeCons: Rooms were a little small. No coffee service in lobby and would have liked a breakfast bar.
Pros: The Game room made our stay extra fun for our whole family.
The beds were firm but very comfortable. Love your fresh decor.
Great Family Hotel At Fisherman's WharfPros: The atmosphere, the games, and the patio with lots of seating, fire pits and plantings were awesome! The staff was friendly and the concierge was very helpful.Cons: The food choices at the hotel. The camper is touted as having food that is locally sourced and fresh, but when we looked at the menu, the only choices were personal pizzas and one soup. We got the pizzas and we're not impressed.
Pros: Great location! Very close to pier 39. Comfortable bed and pillow.Cons: Soundproof was rather poor. I can hear people walking by my room and chatting very clearly.
Great hotel on the EmbarcaderoPros: Location, location, location.
Clean, friendly staff, cool fire pit area.
Hot Spud right around the corner.Cons: Unknowingly, we asked for a view room. We got a great room with swell views of the bay, piers, etc. However, that meant we were just across from the VERY loud street performers. And the idiots flooring their cars at 1 a.m. with modified mufflers. I suggest certainly staying at this hotel, but ask for an inside room.
Pros: Nice Clean and modern Cons: Could hear guests above us all night walking around. But the biggest downer was that while they advertise poking is available they don't tell you it's $49 a day
Family friendly Pros: Funky features and a great games room. Loads to do with a family.
Hotel a bit run down, but great location!Pros: Stay here for the location. Right across the street from Pier 39, and walking distance to Ghiradelli Square, shops, and reataurants.Cons: $50 + taxes to park per night. The fire pits were not working during our stay, and they were not apologetic for that. That was one of the main reasons why we decided to stay at this hotel.
Disappointed Pros: I liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The game room was cool, but I didn't have time to enjoy it. The atmosphere was fun. Cons: I wish I didn't upgrade my room. Not sure what my original room would have been like, but the only thing I liked about the room I upgraded to was seeing the bay. But there was black hair on the bathroom hair which I assume was from the maids or people who stayed before me. There were two things left behind from the people before, so it made me question how clean the room really was. I didn't sleep well because of where the room was located. I could hear the outside door to the stairwell open and slam shut. A group of people tried getting into my room because the front desk gave them the wrong room number. Overall I was disappointed and if I knew it would have been this way I could have saved myself some money.
Pros: Great location, very cool theme throughout the hotel, lots of things to do in the hotel.Cons: Staff was hit or miss. Although the valets were very friendly, they weren't readily available.
