First, the hotel is old and located near the tenderloin. Second, the room they initially gave us smelled like a mixture of vomit and cleaning products. Seemed like they tried to mask the vomit smell. The house keeper acknowledged the smell. When I went to the front desk the following day, lines were super long and they told me to come back at 3pm. Literally across the street from the BART station & a block away from Cable Cars to Fisherman’s Wharff. Easy to get anywhere. Super friendly, helpful staff. Rooms very clean & quiet. Great hotel. Would stay again.

We selected it because it included parking but at arrival they said that it did not and the parking lot was full so the check in agent sent us to another parking lot that was two blocks away.
