Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions and public transport. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the friendly or efficient staff, though some had negative experiences with service. Room size was a common complaint, with several reviews mentioning very small rooms and beds. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some finding it basic or lacking variety but others satisfied. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and comfort, but improvements in room size, service consistency, and breakfast options would enhance the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Bed super comfortable. Concierge staff very welcoming and helpful. Great coffee spot up the block.
Cons (-) Sometimes the wifi was a little spotty. If you looking to travel in the next few months know that there is construction
Pros (+) Yhe location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants. 7 minute drive to pier 39.
Cons (-) The sink was clogged. The advertisement for continental breakfast was not true. All we got was a "sorry, not anymore."

Pros (+) Location great and a nice happy hour in the afternoon. Interesting guests.
Cons (-) Room was small. Bathroom had no storage at sink. Needs a good renovation!
Pros (+) Staff was friendly
Cons (-) Very dated Super small room. Was not what was advertised.
Pros (+) Unique rooms. Flexible and helpful staff. Outstanding value. Good location.
Pros (+) Staff were nice, Italian restaurant is tasty, free wine and cheese after 5 I believe. Parking is minimal so expect $40 for valet and I had a small car per night. Overall enjoyed my stay.
