Overall, room was fine but the outdated bathroom was horrible. It felt like I was staying at a motel.
Slow service . Took about an hour and a half to get my car back with the valet service! Asked for an extra duvet at night. After an hour called again where we were reassured it was coming. It never came. Clean and comfortable room.
All staff were immaculately presented, room was super clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in
My firm has had many business functions at the hotel, which have been fantastic, and the Americano is our go-to lunch spot. However, I stayed for personal reasons due to the fires, as the hotel is near my office. The check-in person was robotic; unfriendly and unhelpful. He told me nothing about the hotel-wifi, check out time, fitness options, etc. The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. My toilet didn't flush and there was a large stain on the stuffed chair, which was nearly threadbare. My room service dinner arrived cold and was inedible. I was extremely disappointed after spending so much to stay here. What happened Hotel Vitale?
