Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to attractions, public transport, and scenic views. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness was also highlighted as a strong point, with several reviews mentioning clean rooms and facilities. However, some guests found the rooms to be small by US standards, and breakfast offerings were often described as basic or lacking variety. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
