San Francisco’s celebrated Embarcadero waterfront, Ferry Building and AT&T Park are right outside your front door at the Harbor Court Hotel. So are art-filled green spaces and postcard-perfect views of the Bay Bridge and Treasure Island.
Pros: Location is great. Clean and interesting details.Cons: Small rooms. Interior windows are noisy from outdoor HVAC units, no breakfast, no hot water tea makers in rooms.
Pros: Friendly staff. Lobby. Free coffee in lobbyCons: Small rooms
good location but has issuesPros: The back of the hotel faces the Embarcadero and view of the Oakland Bay Bridge that lights up at night. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning an d water always available in the lobby.Cons: Constant whirring noise all around the hotel didn't allow a good night sleep. One of the two elevators is under construction. Concierge must help with luggage since there are only stairs at both the front and back entrances.
bday weekendPros: Very friendly staff. The complimentary wine and beer hour was great! room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again
Pros: Friendly staff, fantastic location and I was so pleased with the park-and-stay price that we got.Cons: No pool, small room, no gym - although they will give you a discount at the YMCA next door.
Pros: The front desk staff provided excellent, friendly, personal service. The nightly happy hour was very generous and relaxing. We had spectacular bay views from our room on the eighth floor, after changing from a lower floor room with less attractive views. The location was very convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay.
Cons: Continental breakfast room service was included with our room. We had a little bit of a glitch with our requested timing.
Perfect for the San Fran experience at a good pricPros: Our bay view king room had a view of the Bay Bridge in all its LED lighted glory, which was awesome. View of the ferries, and quick walk to the Marketplace, Saturday Market, and Exploratorium for the kids. Also walked quickly to the trolley stop and a playground. Perfect location. Cons: We paid extra for a bigger room (bay view king, plus bigger sq. footage) but it was still small. We needed to set up the pack and play for our baby, and once we did that, we couldn't easily walk in our room. Also, the only real option for parking is valet, which is an additional $54/night!
Pros: I loved the staff. They were so polite and accommodating. Cons: I stayed on the 4th floor and the room was above the YMCA. So at 6am there were loud banging noises like weights being dropped. Loud enough to keep waking me up until my alarm went off at 9am!
Pros: Great location for going for a run along the waterfront in the morning. Nearby many good restaurants.
A little touch that warms the heartPros: The staff here made the San Francisco dream of an 80 year old birthday girl come true! A foreign friend had a dream to spend her 80th birthday in San Fran with the view of the Bay. The hotel staff took care of every detail including some bubbly, little cupcakes and a gorgeous hand written birthday card! Tears of joy were flowing when she got to the room and she hasn't stopped talking about it yet! Huge kudos to the hotel for making such a difference to the lives of visitors to our city!
Great location. Pros: Don't miss the farmers market across the street on Saturdays. Cons: Room was a little small but nice
