Best location, just 2 blocks to Union square and China town. Very near (50 meters) from cable car stop and bus stop. Easy to find food.
I come with my family for 7 people for 5 nights Book 2 rooms (2 queen bed) incl. breakfast. Front tell us in 3rd day of stay that will charge more $20 for additional breakfast (the room booking provide just for 2 per room). So, when I checked-out they charge. It's not right condition that we book with booking.com. Breakfast is almost same things everyday. Floor carpet not to clean and smell bad.
Delicious breakfast, great coffee, super clean, loved the room with the comfortable bed, staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. Location is great - just a couple steps in one direction to Chinatown, use the other direction to hop on the Cable Car. Definitely coming back on our next visit if the WIFI issues will be fixed.
The breakfast room (= Sportsbar at night) was a bit chilly. TV and WIFI were really bad at times. Have read this in some reviews before and was prepared... so no surprise. However, it is the 21st century and WIFI has become a standard amenity for accomendations. The issue shouldn't be difficult to fix.
Bed- clean Bar/ snacks Toiletries were very minimal and sparse
The female receptionist Clean room and bathroom Near to union square and Center Good breakfast
There is a Male receptionist I don't remember his name he made me wait alot because he doesn't know how to deal with simple questions he wasted my time and confused me, i have never met a receptionist like that in my life, then I asked a female receptionist and she solved my questions quick and she was really helpful in may things during my stay. The Smell of the hotel as many guests mentioned still there didn't solved yet and it's bad! The parking fees are expensive The fitness Center is so small and without restrooms or towels
Hot breakfast was good. No eggs one day and bacon only one day. Waffles were cold. Location was great.
Some street noise, partiers, keep us awake a couple of nights. Work out room was inadequate.
