Cons (-) Work on customer service !!!! When we arrived at check in on Dec17, there were 2 ladies and a gentlemen. I asked them about the breakfast and they were more concerned about who I talked to, what date and time I talked to the gentlemen who offered the breakfast box. They said that he shouldn’t be making promises that he can’t keep. I felt my time was wasted and they said “we’ll see what we can do”....
