Pros (+) The price was amazing and the room is a well kept and clean. There was free breakfast and fast internet for free. Wow

Pros (+) The couch in the room was horrendous: saggy, lumpy, hurtful The bed was fine except there weren't any extra blankets. The heater worked well. It was quiet because we were in the rear portion of the motel.

Pros (+) I liked the fact it was really close to Market street and other main attractions.
Cons (-) Many homeless people yell and get aggressive around the hotel especially at night. You feel kind of in danger when you go back to your hotel room.
