The front end manager was super understanding and helped make our stay a 10/10
The hotel is centrally located with just a short-walk to the Gaslamp District or to the harbor for waterfront attractions. The rooms are good size and feature updated accents and decor.
It can be a bit noisy in your room with outdoor activity from the light-rail and street activity.
The mattress!!! The size of the room The staff at the front desk and the valets The location close to the marina, Little Italy and Gaslamp
Cleaning people coming early while you’re sleeping and then not coming back later.
Clean and nice place. I really liked that they included ear buds, didn't use them but it's nice they thought ahead because the room was right next to a main street and the street traffic woke me up a few times.
Nice new place!
Funky rooms, very cool lounge. Free breakfast! Free fancy water cooler and coffee cart for guests in the lobby. Nice area to visit downtown.
