Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room and shower were clean. The beds were comfortable and the food was great. Nothing sub-par about our stay.

The staff at the Registration desk were very friendly and helpful.
Pros (+) Did not use bistro or breakfast. Bed was good. Appreciated elevator security.
Pros (+) Pool
Cons (-) Room status -in 4 nights stay had to request bathroom light be fixed as well as toilet. When room was “cleaned” daily you could tell counters were not wiped down. Disappointed to be honest Peking fees are atrocious. Location not in the city but barged $27USD per night
Pros (+) Bed and room were comfortable
Cons (-) Parking was $24 -- completely ridiculous in that area. Space is not at a premium there, and there's not really street parking in the area. In addition, there was no hair conditioner in the shower. Furthermore, I asked the staff for an HDMI cable. They said they would call me back, but never did.
Pros (+) The facility was great.
Cons (-) We arrived super late, the woman who checked us in was rude and charged us $20 for parking, even though there is literally no other option. This should be included in the description for the booking and is VERY sneaky on the hotel's part. We're not cheap. But surprise fees like this = we'll never book here ever again.
Cons (-) When we arrived, they told us our reservation had been cancelled. Neither my wife nor I cancelled the reservation. They were not particularly friendly after informing us of the cancellation, either. Very unsatisfyjng.
Cons (-) Too expensive for what was offered Front desk least helpful (I had problem with WiFi and front desk immediately said my device is problematic, without any investigation). WiFi was horrible. I feel the hotel is misleading in that WiFi is not free, as that is horrible. So you have to purchase paid WiFi!!!! Chairs don't go up and down on press of the lever. Hardly any options in the Bistro. No room d...
