Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location and stunning lake views, which were frequently highlighted as the best aspects of their stay. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful or unfriendly staff, reservation problems, and slow responses. Breakfast was another common point of criticism, with guests describing it as basic, repetitive, or lacking in variety. Cleanliness also received negative remarks, with several guests noting issues in the rooms and bathrooms. Despite these drawbacks, some guests appreciated the pleasant atmosphere and comfortable beds.
