Pros (+) Location was only good thing
Cons (-) Front desk staff - mainly evening time not helpful at all . Seemed to not care. No parking on site for free as advertised

Pros (+) Cheapest hotel available that close to Riverwalk. Breakfast was included. Furnishings are worn, but clean.
Cons (-) Small, dark parking area (which you pay for.) AC in room asks to not turn below 74 (Texas is hot, even in October). No ice machine on 2nd floor.
