Pros (+) Fantastic service, and well-appointed all-suite hotel. The hotel exceeded expectations, and was truly a great value.

Pros (+) The room was considerably larger than I expected, with a separate sitting area. Everything was clean, and in good condition. The regular price was fairly expensive, but I managed to get a reasonable rate through Expedia.

Pros (+) Made a special stop at the river walk on our five day trek from Pittsburgh to puerto Vallarta Mexico. Stopped to enjoy the beautiful view and exeperience the river walk. The resort was absolutely gorgeous. Unique with design, very friendly conceierge, and beautiful room layout.
Cons (-) Our one and only critique, and rather silly at that, after pulling in with our vehicle and stopping at the front valet, the attendant seemed almost shocked when we said, yes we would like you to park the car, and replied with an almost doubtful "are you sure?
