The staff is the best. All staff! This has become a favorite hotel for us.
It is a bit far from the city center river walk restaurants and shopping.
Wonderful hotel. Great design & location. Full of positive energy & a warm & welcoming staff!
everything, the restaurants, the staff, the grounds, our room, the hotel was phenomenal
the valet could have been better managed. at our arrival, they were non existent and we had to find parking and walk. luckily this problem was eventually resolved by comp. the room next to ours was noisy at 5am. but luckily we resolved this on our own with the earplugs given
The building itself is stunning and this combined with the staff and service makes this hotel truly exceptional!
There is nothing that I believe required improvement.
