The room was perfectly located with a great view. The bed was terrible. STIFF as a board. There were no cups in the room, no microwave, no coffe pot.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's pools, describing them as a highlight for both adults and children. Many found the hotel comfortable, with some positive mentions of attentive staff and good food. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service from some staff members, limited food variety, and issues with room cleanliness and amenities. Wi-Fi was a common concern, as it was often only available in public areas and not in rooms. Overall, while the pool and general comfort stood out, service and food variety could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
