Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Many appreciated the breakfast selection and found the beds comfortable. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and stained linens, and some experienced delays with room readiness and inconsistent service. While staff were often described as friendly, there were notable complaints about room maintenance and amenities not meeting expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Wonderful
Anonymous, May 2019
Pros (+) Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. 5 minute walk to old Salzburg.
Cons (-) Free coffee at a minimum! Continental breakfast was extra $17 per person.
2.0
Poor
Anonymous, Jan 2017
Cons (-) The hotel rooms are old and literally have baseboards peeling off the wall. The toilet is tiny and there's barely any elbow space in the entire restroom. There was dust all over the furniture and stains on the towels. The elevators on our floor did not even work. This is falsely advertised as a 4-hotel but is outdated and horrible quality for the money.
