Location and breakfast were great. The jersey sheets on the mattress were a bit rough , I would have preferred regular smooth cotton.

Pros (+) great breakfast and everything was very clean. Front desk person told me I could park the car safely on the street over the week-end and at night on days we were out. Saved $$. No odors.
Cons (-) room was cramped. Shower was tiny. An overweight person would have a hard time using it. I asked for twin beds but got a full instead, but I didn't asked for another.

Pros (+) Convenient to the train and the breakfast was ok
Cons (-) Overall looking run down, however the room was ok. Just it did not look like the pictures. Also it was hot and there was no air on although it was advertised vg. Traveling air conditioning
