About a 10 minute walk to the old downtown of Salzburg, along touristy Linzer Gasse, which abounds in restaurants and shops. There's also a DM market close by. Probably a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Or a 5 minute walk from the Mirabell Gardens bus stop. Kind of a unique stay since the building appears to have been some type of convent that was converted into the present hotel. Our room appears to have been newly renovated and had a modern bathroom. The hotel sits right next to the St. Sebastian Cemetery and a church with a bell tower so there is some history here. They have a laundry machine that you can use as long as there is a person in the front desk. Very good value and location for the money.

Didn't find anything to complain about :)

Location is very good, there many shops, restaurant right on the street of the hostel. It's also very easy to find the building for a person with no sense of direction like me. Just look for the clock tower of St. Sebastian Church. and it's also very close to the old town areas, just few mins walk. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. Guest kitchen is also big. And the value is also very good even with a 2-bed dorm.

    Very clean and organised property.

As I arrived after 4pm, I had to check in myself in, which is not a problem ofc, but it took a while to find the code sent to me a month before to enter the property. The key unlock system is rather confusing as there are two keylock screens, and one might easily think the code that’s given by the property is for the main door and not the keybox where the key for the room and the main door is. Also the address of the pension leads you to the church is entrance, not the nexdoor side entrance on the right. They should change that on the property address. Also their phone number does not work ...

Excellent location, surrounded of restaurants and shops. Very close to the main square. Public transport options around. Reception was very helpful. Room very comfortable, quiet and clean. We had a great stay here.

Keep in mind that reception closes around 5pm.
