Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's staff for their friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences with specific employees. However, many guests complain about excessive noise, both from within the hotel and from the surrounding area, making it difficult to rest. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Opinions on the location are mixed, with some finding it convenient and others noting drawbacks. Overall, while the service stands out positively, noise and cleanliness issues detract from the experience.
