Good place to stay for adults
It’s a very nice location central to the hospitals and universities in the area. Has a nice lounge and dinning area. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the MClub access.
Some changes have been made since we were last there. One is the Concierge lounge has changed to the M Club and you have to be 21 yo to go in. So if you have kids you can’t get in with them. That’s kind of makes it hard to leave them and go in there. Breakfast is the same. We had to go eat in the dinning room because we had kids they did however let us use the buffet.
Liz the bartender rules!
The bar and restaurant was great. Liz the bartender was awesome and she had great taste in music and was funny and very informative.
The staff was professional and courteous. They were attentive and patient. Great location and clean. The bed was comfortable.
Poor house keeping services. Staff smelled bad and were unresponsive to requests.
Good hotel, staff is friendly but lack follow thro
location and pool facilities
staff would say they would do something but I'd have to ask several times to get them to do it.
Stayed here for 3 nights for a business conference. It was very good, location was the best, very close to place of business.
Nothing to dislike. Felt that the internet speeds could have been better. The breakfast seemed expensive. I have had better breakfasts in hotels and the price was included in cost of stay.
Cheaper than the Hyatt in cottonwood similar facil
Clean, quiet, and good quality rooms.
Only major negative was the restaurant experience. The breakfast buffet was 13$ and the food was of poor quality. The eggs looked powdered. I've paid the same price at a Hilton and had a much better quality breakfast. The lunch food was only so so there also. The staff argued quite a bit, in the kitchen. That was very awkward for guests, as we could hear them while we were eating.
Paying for internet in 2014?
I like that it fits my family needs- close to University, close access to the canyons, close to Traxs rail,& the city.
