We best liked the peaceful nature of the building and the premises which was only a 5 minute walk from the City centre. we would stay again if visiting the area.
The situation very quiet and peacfull
Male staff was verbelly rude when I rang to inform him that train was arriving late into Salisbury . When I paid for the room on arrival , the male staff throw my change into my hands . Also when I rang to make the reservation , I was told that I would get a cooked breakfast at 07.45am, this did not happen. Allso I was charged more then £5 pounds extra because I arrived late. Due to my discomfort I will not be recommending this guesthouse to any of my work collegues, as I work in Salisbury often.
Relaxing and quiet location, with excellant facilities and food
This is part of a Christian Center!! That kind of info should be displayed as although the christian aspect is not too much emphasized some people might feel uncomfortable arriving there if they are not christian. Also they couldnt provide for a poper receipt, had to asked to get one sent which i havent received yet, which can be a problem when you stay there for work
Very clean, within 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, property well secured, good breakfast
Salisbury ring road very near (noise)
An interesting guesthouse which is actually used as a Christian Community. We enjoyed the ambience and quietness of the place. Also very close to Salisbury old town centre which we liked.
Some confusion about entrance, and electric gate set-up.
Location, cleanliness, breakfast, hospitable staff
Main light in room didn't work, no controls for heating or tv. No en suite
Clean, secure parking, excellent food and plentiful.
Competent staff, nice place with lovely garden.
