Cons (-) Place is not good, staff are rude, room is filthy, towels and sheets are dirty and have cigarette holes. Should not be in kayak or priceline. Does not deserve a star at all.

Pros (+) The bathrooms were sub-par, the beds were okay but the neighborhood was horrible. Watch out for dangerous looking homeless people. The concierge didn't know the wifi password and was not helpful.
