8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel facilities very good and the roof top restaurant where we were served breakfast was excellent - possibly the best we have experirnced on our three week Vietnam trip. The room and views over the mountains were spectacular.
Cons: Whilst the location of the hotel was close to the town centre ir had to be approached over a broken road passing what would appear to be a major new development. Unfortunately Sapa is developing rapidly and it would seem without any proper planning or control.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service here was amazing. The staff were available at anytime to call a cab, offer a trek, etc. We had massage services on site and could be on a massage table within 20 minutes of our request! The breakfast buffet was amazing and had Vietnamese coffee and homemade fruit juices that were delicious.
Cons: The construction around the property was not the best sight, but of course completely out of the hotels control. This would not deter me from choosing this hotel again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast and excellent location, but most of all excellent service! David is amazing! very helpful and considered and even gave us a room to stay with the kids before check in time as we got there very early in the morning and prepared sandwiches for the rode when we had to leave late at night. worth every cent! thank you for a wonderful stay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: 1) Excellent customer service by hotel mgr (Ms. Ha spoke good English) and staff ( mainly young local women from the villages). We bought the 1 day pte guided sapa tour ( guide was a 26-yr old local villager who also spoke good English & brought us to hike where there was no crowd) and tickets to Fansipan peak from hotel, both activities of which we are highly satisfied. Tea and coffee are available at all times in the breakfast area. 2) The interior of hotel was very clean, with a bathroom/ toilet on second floor to be used by hotel guests without a room yet (or awaiting to go train station). Staff were moping the floor/toilet/bathroom all the time. 3) Location is right in heart of sapa, easy to go to Sapa tram station/ church/ tourist sites. 4) The breakfast was delicious, with orders from menu ( the vietnam noodle soup & omelet/bread were based on Sapa recipes).
Cons: 1) Construction of new building nearby, which did not disturb us as it is not making noise when we were in hotel. Sapa is experiencing a construction boom, with buildings being built at many locations, causing the air pollution. 2) Water pressure in room 201 was not strong (though the water pressure at room 202, which was opposite room 201, was strong).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful host.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love that the manager, Ms Ha was really conscientious and prompt in answering all emails and enquiries prior to the trip - helping us book a 2D1N trek to visit minority villages which includes a lovely local guide, homestay, meals and also a bus back to the hotel; the overnight sleeper train from Hanoi to Sapa; and lastly, bus to travel back to Sapa after the trek! She was so kind and caring when we finally met her too, providing detailed information on where we could dine at or visit within Sapa! Along with detailed instructions, directions and sandwiches for our journey, Ms Ha, the girls and everyone we met in the trek and homestay really made this stay a wonderful one!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very and the staff was so nice, friendly and wanted to help with everything. Breakfast was very good as well
Cons: When we stayed there, there was a lot of noise from outside due to building houses. Should be solved in couple of months
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mrs Ha is a national treasure of Vietnam. I felt like I had a caring family member looking after me while I stayed at Heart of Sapa. She is so friendly, hospitable, goes above and beyond for her customers. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful!
Cons: Nothing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the owner is super super super friendly. She is so willing to help us with every issue. She even make us sandwiches when we leave for bus to Hanoi!
Cons: It’s located on a steep small valley surrounded by construction of new buildings. A bit hard to find but once get used to the location its a amazing place which is literally the center of Sapa.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent and the bed here was the most comfortable we have slept in in Vietnam! The location was convenient for walking around town and we were able to park our bikes out front.
Cons: Only thing we noticed was our room had a bit of a smell but nothing terrible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room, comfy bed, just clowe to everything. The staff is so friendly.. even we leaved at 6:30am and they prepared the breakfast for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: communication from the staff was fantastic. We arranged a trek at very short notice via whats app and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Mrs Ha arranged bus tickets for us to go back to Hanoi as well and recommended somewhere to eat that did great food.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Its amazing location, with an infinity pool overlooking rice terraces, bungalows, mountain views. Love it, and would love to visit again!
Cons: Everything was great. Except for 1 thing which is not within control, the weather. Had foggy skies for the most part of our stay which dampened our expectations of the amazing views we could experience. However, the foggy weather gave us another kind of interesting and surreal experience too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place for vacation, nice food, nice view, quiet room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: New year's eve Buffet dinner was excellent. The beef pho I had on the day of arrival was good. Compliments to the chef. I didnt like pho in the past. Can I have the recipe please.
Cons: The topas bungalows is on top of the mountain and need good mobility to get to our bungalows. May we suggest have buggy to transport guests close to it. My friend who has knee arthritis struggled on the steps and walking uphill. I did not like that you tied a goat to a tree whole day so that people can take photos of it. Its cruelty to animals. Imagine you are pinned to a tree not moving whole day. Its like prison in broad day light for animal. Its not okay to torture animal for the sake's of tourism.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and attentive. How and Huyen in the bar were particularly helpful, it was a wet cold day and they created a blazing fire and looked after us really well.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed 3 nights with really bad weather, not just rain but also there wasn’t any visibility, which meant we couldn’t do any of the planned hikes. The hotel was great in keeping us entertained. The indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna/steam room were great. Even the pool table and the board games/books available outside the restaurant were all helpful. The breakfast was worth every penny.
Cons: Housekeeping can be quite invasive in their routine checks. A lady entered my room while I was showering and knocked on the bathroom door just to check if everything was ok. I appreciate the effort to check daily on guests but it should have limits.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views, friendly staff, great pool and sauna and steam room.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: 街をみおろす眺め
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was lovely overlooking the garden Buffet breakfast great selection with a station where you could have eggs cooked for you however you like them. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Eco Palms House - Sapa Retreat - Sa Pá - Outdoor view

9.1 Excellent (495 reviews)
Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in the suite with mountain view. A bit of a splurge but was rewarded with superb views of the valley and nearby villages from my balcony and bathtub! Clean linens, towels and bathroom. The nightly turndown service was a lovely touch. Housekeeping does a good job of cleaning and replenishing water and coffee/tea supplies. The whole Eco Palms service team was friendly and wonderful, spoke English well and catered to our needs. If you are not taking a tour, it is quite likely that you will have most of your meals in the retreat as there are barely any good options within walkable distance. This was not a problem for us - food was of decent quality and clean.
Cons: The hotel right next to Eco Palms was playing loud music for hours, two nights in a row when I stayed there. It was frankly quite unbearable and inconsiderate. I know this isn’t a fault of the owners of Eco Palms but it spoilt the otherwise near perfect experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed two nights at Eco Palms and enjoyed a wonderful massage and herbal bath, as well as an interesting cooking class and visit to the local market. The bungalow was cozy with an amazing view to the rice fields. Kitchen was absolutely delicious and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back.
7.1 Good
Pros: I absolutely loooooooved the location. It is so beautiful! The bungalows are a great experience! The pho was delicious.
Cons: 1) they took the money on my bank account to pay for the room several days before we came without telling me. What if I wanted to pay by cash? 2) I ordered 2 taxis, both were late. Actually one didn’t even come so I am not sure if it’s because they forgot to order it or if it’s because the taxi just didn’t show up. At least they were nice enough to transport us themselves. 3) the staff is really nice but: 1 of them just wouldn’t let me talk, and we got a problem with another who did our Laundry. We realized when we got our laundry back that there was a huge hole in one of my boyfriend’s jeans. The woman said there was already a hole when we gave it to her (I have a video where we can see the back of the jeans with no hole in it that has been taken right before we gave it to her). So basically she said it’s not her fault, but if the hole was really there (which I am 99% positive it wasn’t), she should have come to us before cleaning it and show us the hole to make sure we wouldn’t think it’s the hotel’s fault. Anyway, she just said it was already there (so apparently we must be liars) and didn’t even offer anything free (not even the laundry). 4) nothing is sound proof. A lot of animals are there, which I love, but when you are trying to sleep and a bunch of dogs are barking at 6 in the morning it’s not really good. Also, you can hear people talking outside. I would also like to talk about the fact that we had guys working in the rice paddies at 7AM with machines that were very noisy. I think the minimum is to warn the customers so we can put earplugs. Over all, I really loved it even though I complained a lot. Just the bungalow and the location and view makes it worth it. But I hope the staff will take into consideration what I just said.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: + Friendly and helpful staff + Excellent food + Great location and views
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can't express enough how wonderful Eco Palms house is! I was sick during my visit and the staff would bring me hot tea and accommodated us so nicely. What a lovely place to be sick, haha! The views are stunning and the little dogs running around brightened up my days! I would highly recommend to stay if you are going to SaPa.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are so incredibly kind and friendly. The resort is beautiful with stunning views. Amazing room. This is the perfect place to be away from the town and enjoy the nature and hills of sapa. The food here was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again without a doubt. Had such a wonderful stay here it made our trip! The staff organized a great trek down to the villages with the best guide. The resort was so great we didn’t want to leave

Cons: It's impossible to point out any negative thing!

Pros: Very nice staff. They give you any informations you want go.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect experience. Very nice and helpfull personal. I have been invited for a dinner with their family. Very quite place. Good food and comfy bed. Highly recommending
Cons: All good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This is a really nice guesthouse run by a lovely lady. Our room was incredibly great value for money. Comfortable beds and clean. No heating but bed was warm enough even with temperatures close to zero at night. Food was tasty. The location is great, about 45 minutes drive from Sapa Town and also a bit away from the touristy villages. So it is quite peaceful and at the moment still has an unobstructed view over the rice terraces and over to Fansipan. Some really nice walks possible from here, we did it self-guided with maps.me and it worked well. Once the construction is finished this is a really great option for Sapa away from the crowds.
Cons: A lot of construction both inside the guesthouse and right next door while we stayed. Very noisy in the morning and during the day. Food is a little bit pricy.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff who can speak good English and the view from the homestays is awesome. The food served was also tasty. In short Value for money.
Cons: Nothing but the road to the homestay is not so good... still manageable...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very helpful in all regards. From a motorbike tour I had a ripped up pant and she repaired it for me. Breakfast was very good as well and for dinner me and the other guests had proper Vietnamese family dinner with her and a friend of hers. In the Last evening of my stay we even had a little Karaoke-Party together. It was just a very nice experience to stay there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfy and there was hot water in the shower, with a good pressure in one of the two. Location is good, a bit far from the town, but there is nothing to see in the town and the road to get there is a mess. All you need to see is around this village, just take at tour they offer.. Zoom Zoom (not how you spell it) is a great host, she's lovely, and she makes the best spring rolls! You should definitely join the family dinner.
7.5 Good
Pros: - Outside of the city and not many tourists - Great views and cool treks to do around - Very friendly staff, always happy to help you - Clean and confortable bed and clean bathroom - Next to local villages, very nice to wander around
Cons: - The “dorm” is actually a few beds in a big open space where everyone passes when going to their room, so there’s no intimacy whatsoever and can be noisy. Maybe a private room would be a better choice - Because it’s far outside the city, you will have to pay 250.000 for a taxi to get there (and 250.000 more to come back to sapa town). Make sure you leave at least 1 hour/1 hour and a half before your bus leaves (almost missed mine when I left 1 hour before). - Work being done next to the establishment, so very noisy in the morning - Aluminum roof, very noisy when it rains - Breakfast was supposed to be included but ended but not being included in the price... still very cheap though
7.1 Good
Pros: The owner is very very nice
Cons: Very cold, no heat Matrasses very very hard Only 1 bathroom
Sapa Garden Bed and Breakfast - Sa Pá - Building

8.9 Excellent (208 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Sapa Garden Bed and Breakfast in Sa Pa, you'll be in the mountains, within a 10-minute drive of Sapa Lake and Sapa Market. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner was fantastic. Available for questions on the phone at work anytime. Even dropped us off in town at a great restaurant for hotpot. Staff was great but nobody but his father understood any English at all; made it a little tricky at times but manageable. Breakfast and coffee were a fine variety. Fireplace in room made for cozy atmosphere in rainy weather. Grounds are a beautiful balance of Feng-shui elements.
Cons: This is just in the form of a caution that has no reflection on the place at all. The beautiful and artful location sign is not really obvious coming from Sapa or Hanoi so you have to coach your driver as to the entrance. Our limo driver back to Hanoi was 1/2 hour late because of this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hostess despite barrier of language. Friendly and attentive
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed with mattress heater, breakfast good and tasty bread, wide room and nice garden.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: it is a lovely quiet property with a little very garden and family who operate it
Cons: nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Beautiful garden, gorgeous building. 10/10. Loved the doggie doggles too. Didn’t mind the walk there and back from Sapa,or, Cat Cat.
Cons: Staff. Plus, breakfast was very awful. Over cooked eggs and insufficient amount of food. If you need more which you clearly do, then, they like to charge you. When we asked for one more cup of coffee, we were asked to pay. I have to say that they did give us the free coffee BUT a staff member went around the corner of the room, out of sight from us, BUT NOT out of earshot, and began clearing out his/her nasal passages many times. SICKENING.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel was excellent. We stayed in the family suite which was very huge, and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owner's father helped us start a fire at the fireplace at night to keep us warm. The room had a very nice view, and the garden was nice to stroll in as they have plants, flowers and some animals roaming freely. Since it was outside of town, it was also quiet all through the day and night. The beds were equipped with heating pad so that was a really nice touch to keep us warm and toasty because the weather gets pretty cold at night. The entire hotel including the rooms was spotlessly clean. The breakfast prepared by the owner's mum was very good too. Nam Hong (the owner) and his family were extremely friendly and warm. Honestly my best stay ever. Really enjoyed this accommodation.
Cons: It's just a little outside of the town, about 30-40 mins walk but taxis and grab are readily available. Only cost about 50k VND to the town, and the journey is below 10 mins so it's nothing to complain about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The calm The house and it’s super nice hosts The warming Mattresses
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You have to take the dinner, cooked by the mother. Fantastic!!! Best food we had in Vietnam. Very special Garden and all very clean and Costa. Every time kind support.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful comfortable rooms. So cozy with radiators, electric blankets and open fires. Good breakfast and very very quiet. Out of the town but taxis were cheap
Cons: Was told had to pay for the fire after having it on. Only 5 dollars a night but would have been nice to know.

Pros: This is a 4 room hotel that is run with perfection. The owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, easy, and fun. The breakfast was huge and very tasty. The hotel itself was so clean and the beds were fantastic. The views over the valley and mountains are amazing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location: just right in town. However, you’ll need to walk down a few steps but it’s alright for me- exchange to the quiet which you will appreciate it while staying in Sapa Service:awesome! Van-the lady host, was extremely helpful to arrange the motobike(renting) for us, show us the best & interesting route to browse thru Sapa. It’s the best and most practical route so far! Well-done! Comfortable: their comfortable bed with the electric blanket/mattress will make you have some trouble to leave the bed lol. It’s true, you gotta try! Value for money: some of you may find it’s a bit pricy as the facility has no lift or whatsoever. For me it’s worth every cent,I’m talking about the great the services that they provide. Allow late check out with a can’t be better deal rate. Kudos to this place! I’m going to stay here again if there’s chance
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Price / quality rare is great! It’s kind of a Homestay with hotel allure. The family is so sweet!
Cons: None
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Van and Minh were great hosts and helped with planning our hikes around Sapa. Breakfasts were excellent. There is a huge amount of construction going on in Sapa at the moment, so if you want to stay in the centre this place is well located as it's down a little alley not too close to the main building sites so it's pretty quiet, we weren't disturbed by noise much. This hotel has only 4 rooms so is more like a guesthouse, nice place to chat to other guests etc.
Cons: The bed was a little hard but no big problem. Sapa itself is undergoing a fairly extensive "remodelling" at present, so it's impossible to escape from all the building noise in early hours unfortunately.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a more then lovely time at the Botanic Sapa Hotel! The room with the balcony was very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. We specially loved the bathroom with a hot shower and an open view on the mountain if wanted. Another benefit of the service were the daily room clean ups with new water and new towels. We also did laundry twice - everything was super clean after and we got it back really fast. The breakfast was just great - a lot of different choices, from pho to eggs to pancakes - and a big portion. The greatest thing of all was the hospitality of the cute family. They were super friendly, lovely and helped us with all questions we had! Biggest Thanks to Von and her family!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The great view, the location and the attentiveness of the staffs greeting us when we arrived, they went out the way to serve us during check-in, town orientation, tour suggestions, breakfast and dinner. It was low season here, but there is still a large selection from the full breakfast buffet and vast selections (both local/western) from the dining menu. We ate both breakfast and dinner there and enjoying the view from the eating hall.
Cons: The minor pavement construction near the hotel, the traffic congestion in Sapa, and the loud karaoke from neighboring hotels lasting until 9pm.

Pros: Location. Good value

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms for great prices. The first night we stayed at the standard room and it felt like a deluxe! Good breakfast and good location. Decided to book an extra night since we were very happy with it!
Cons: There is Vietnamese children songs in the lobby on very high volume. The only time it bothered us was during breakfast.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location and staff very helpful .
Cons: Breakfast included wasn’t that great
7.1 Good
Pros: Hot shower was good, beds, cleanliness and breakfast completely ok. The owner organised me a bus ride to Ninh Binh.
Cons: The breakfast room and lobby were rather cold. Spent there 2 nights in different rooms. The upper one below the roof was quite cold, needed air con to heat up. It was off-saison, but the price was still high. Maybe that’s a Sapa thing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Steps away from town square. Spacious room, big comfy bed with heating pad (A must for -1 degree) and panoramic view of the city from the balcony. Staff are very friendly & nice.
Cons: The hotel is on a slippery & muddy hill especially when it's raining. The smoke from the lobby chimney would come in our room all day...very uncomfortable to breathe. Also, the cleaning staff threw away my chocolate & medicines!!!???
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional value, great place to relax after trekking through the Sapa Hills. Large clean comfortable rooms. I recommend getting one of the balcony rooms overlooking the Square. Stay includes an excellent breakfast.

Pros: The cat cat hotel was just the best place to be. Moana and Ky have been amazing in every way. I would stay there over and over again. The room was really clean and comfortable. They come and make the bed everyday and bring new towel. Theytake care of every little detail. We needed to rent a motorbike and it was so easy with them. One call and it was there and at a really good price. The bhan mi store down the stare is the best . Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in SaPa.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: - location is very good if you need some relaxing, out of town feeling. - staff very friendly - no airco obviously, but this electric thermal mattress was outstanding
Cons: Well, not sure if this is 100% tied to the homestay, but many times when we were having breakfast or just relaxing in the restaurant area, we were constantly annoyed by those ladies who were trying to sell us stuff. Even inside the restaurant area....

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice big and clean and comfortable. Staff also nice and helpful.
Cons: Great location but the road is under construction. Sounds proofing system very poorly. I can hear everything outside the hall way or the room opposite room. Some staff doesn't speak English. As the 4stars hotel you should be able to communicate English better.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: View is amazing. Great location with good bar across the road (Hmong sisters), staff were very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom spacious.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better, but overall it was good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful view
Cons: The road in front ò the hotel so terible
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is very good. It’s big one compared to other small hotels. Hotel standard facilities. The view from the room is stunning. Make sure you book room with mountain. You won’t regret for paying a little bit more. Beautiful Swimming pool. Breakfast was good too.
Cons: Not sure if it’s just unfortunate coincidence but I feel Linens and towels were not very clean. There was weird smell from the hallway. Other then that, all good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here for 2 days 1 night. We arrived at 8am, & no rooms were available for early check in. Check in time was 2pm. We were allowed to store our luggage there while we head out. We returned to the hotel around 12noon and our room was available for us already. As it was my fiance birthday the next morning, I had requested for some birthday decorations to be done and ordered a cake with them as well. (Additional charges included for birthday cake). Bamboo Sapa Hotel instead did a honeymoon decoration, which was pretty impressive. Rooms are very clean and spacious! The view from the room was amazing & I truly enjoyed it. Hotel is located within 10 minutes distance from Sunworld Fanispan Cable Car station (located inside Sunplaza,Sapa Station). Many food, and eateries near by. The pool has an amazing view as well, although we could not use it due to the rain during our stay. Overall; I had amazing stay here! Will definitely revisit.
Cons: The one thing that should improve is communication by your receptionist. The receptionist could not even converse in basic English. I called via the room phone and asked for some clarifications & the receptionist could not even converse in basic English and instead asked if I could speak in viet. It's a tourist place, and the hotel receives guests from all around the world. Basic conversation skills should really be improved on.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice view, good location
Cons: - Bathroom is small. - The lady in reservation replied that they would arrange something for our aniversary but nothing upon entering the room. The receptionist told us there was an additional charge for that request then. No problem, however, it would be better if you kept us inform in advance. Bad experience.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Superior room with mountain view has an incredible view of Mt. Fansipan. Breakfast options are good. The pool is also incredible and probably highlight of this property ( was told by receptionist that water is heated but this is a total lie). Location is central and close to restaurants, within walking distance to major attractions.
Cons: -Rooms had an incredibly uncomfortable odour coming from the bathroom, informed HSK and they came with what looked like window spray and sprayed the floor, solution was ineffective and did not mask the smell. Moved rooms and the problem was still existent in the new room. -Check-in and check-out was somewhat haphazard. I had asked the receptionist upon check-in if my room was double or twin (mind you I spoke in Vietnamese so language barrier is not an issue) and she confirmed it was a double bed (dường đơn). Upon entering the room I was disappointed to see that it was a twin. Rather irrational as I was travelling alone and made it clear in my reservation. I then proceeded to return to the reception to ask why I was given a twin room when I was told it was a double. The receptionist became rather triggered and bluntly defended herself by saying that she meant the bed was a double not the bed layout?? Makes no sense honestly. So I had requested for a double bed but it was unavailable, told me to check again tomorrow morning as if they were not able to check on the POS to see if any rooms have been blocked for tomorrow? -Booked the superior room and was honestly really disappointed with the room condition. It was largely worn down, required major maintenance and the highly uncomfortable bathroom odour. -Upon check out I was requested to place a donation for whatever fundraising the hotel was running. The request was a command rather than a question. Rather assertive and awkward. Would suggest to place a donation box by the reception desk with further information and allow guests to decide if they would like to donate rather than verbally commanding them to do so. -Hotel is currently located in an unpaved area with high construction. This may mean that cars can not enter at certain times and walking around will be quite muddy. In addition, construction noise will disturb your slumber so keep this in mind. -Overall not worth the 4-star rating that this property carries

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great massage facility after long trek
5.8 Okay
Pros: Near to the town
Cons: Under contraction and it’s really uncomfortable!!!
4.0 Okay
Cons: I booked online and was transferred to another hotel because their system was not updated in real time. The hotel where we were transferred had a terrible breakfast and was much cheaper compared to what I paid via hotels.com
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Accessible to great restaurants, train station, lake and city attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room is quite rundown. Parquet flooring was uneven and had when stepped on. Toilets were old, looked wore off.
4.8 Okay
Pros: This hotel does a fairly decent job of managing individuals and groups beginning and ending tours in the area.
Cons: Breakfast was not very good. Bed was uncomfortable. Construction noise early morning to late evening but this is Sapa in general right now. Close to the center of town is about the only highlight. Many other choices in the area. This hotel is good for one night only to get your bearings in Sapa and move on to another place
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff service really available and professional.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Staff can speak english And we arrive there at 3am so late night But we can check in at that time
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location only minutes from the town centre. Friendly and helpful front desk ladies.
Cons: When I arrived I was shown my room but felt a little disappointed. The view was half mountain view and half rear of other hotels view. On the Monday I felt quite unwell so decided to stay in my room all day, this was when I realised the upper floors of this ‘NEW’ hotel were under massive refurbishment and the subsequent noise levels were unacceptable. I complained to reception who gave me another room further from the construction site the following day. The noise levels did abate and to be fair I was given a slight discount on check out for my ordeal. This will be a lovely mid priced hotel when the construction work is finished but I feel the management should make people aware of the heavy construction work being carried out when booking. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, phone ahead or email them to see if construction work is ongoing...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Panorama Hotel sits on the tip of hilly Sapa town, providing a breath taking view of the miniature valley that overlooks the Church and the town’s square. On the inside, the service provided by the staff is welcoming and probably well on its way to reaching the standards of Singapore Airlines. Most of them speak English pretty well too, thus communication was not an issue as compared to the rest of Vietnam. The interior designs of the hotel gives an antique and rustic feel while still making the guest feel very comfortable and cosy during the stay. The hotel is definitely the place of choice to go to if one were to ever return / visit Sapa in the future.
Cons: The breakfast was lacking in variety, serving the exact same items in the exact same layout every single day. An inclusion of greater variety would be good. The shower had some issues, where it is very hard to obtain warm water for showering. The shower was either a mix of burning inferno of hot water, or arctic ice cold waters with a very slim and marginal tight and fine line to walk if one desires the need for warm water.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was satisfactory.
Cons: The hotel is deceiving. The rooms pictured online do not reflect what is offered in reality. We had a room with no window when we booked one with mountain views and balcony. Additionally, the room was very dirty. The worst part of all was that the hotel allows construction on the building to start at 6:30am and its impossible to sleep. One of my worst hotel experiences in my life and ive been travelling for over a decade at very budget options that blew this place out of the water. If you wanna be dissapointed, then book here!

7.5 Good
Pros: Staff Service View Breakfast

Pros: Great place. Nice swimming pool. Great location in the city.

Pros: You have to take the dinner, cooked by the mother. Fantastic!!! Best food we had in Vietnam. Very special Garden and all very clean and Costa. Every time kind support.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful comfortable rooms. So cozy with radiators, electric blankets and open fires. Good breakfast and very very quiet. Out of the town but taxis were cheap
Cons: Was told had to pay for the fire after having it on. Only 5 dollars a night but would have been nice to know.
