We received such a warm welcome from our hostess Van who gave us all the information we required to get the most out of our short stay in Sapa. The hotel was comfortable and all are needs were taken care of. The view of the Sapa Valley from our window was wonderful.
Kindful staff, Nice breakfast.
The room was very confortable and calm, and the hotel il well located in Sapa. The owners have been really helpful with arrangement and also very supportive when we had trouble with our train to Hanoi and then forgot a few things... Thank you again, we will come back !
As soon as we arrived, Van (the host) made us feel very welcomed and right at home! She gave us a map and showed us what activities we could do and sights to see around Sapa. Her recommendations were great and we loved exploring the area. The room is very clean and comfortable with traditional decor. Nice balcony and good shower. For our last night in Sapa, Van surprised us by upgrading us to a bigger room with a better view on the top floor. She had even taken all our things up to the new room so it was a real surprise. We were so taken back by this sweet gesture! She really is so kind and thoughtful! The breakfast was great, pancakes were yummy and eggs were perfect! Van gave us fresh fruit and water and always checked in to make sure we had all we needed and had a plan for the day. She organised our bus back to Hanoi too which all worked out well. There’s lots of building work in Sapa but Botanic Sapa is well located down some steps away from all the hustle and bustle but still with beautiful views and very close to the town centre. I can’t recommend this place enough! There’s only 4 rooms so feels more like a homestay and we did feel right at home! Thank you Van & Minh for such a lovely stay! Emily & Josh x
This was our favorite accommodation during our trip to Hanoi! The hotel only houses a few guests, so it's a much more personal and charming experience. The breakfast that the owner prepared for us was AMAZING and she also organized our overnight homestay and time in Sapa. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We are already day dreaming of our next visit!
We came to Sapa during a string of national holidays, so it was PACKED for the entire time that we were there. Our driver couldn't bring us straight to the accommodation, so we had to drag our luggage across town at night - which was a nightmare. Obviously this is out of the owners control, but be sure to arrange proper transportation to the hotel. :)
