OK room...but not what was expected.
Everything that I read in the reviews before I came to the hotel, the positive one and the negative one, was true.
First night we were transferred to the other hotel on the first floor, due to, I suppose lack of room, beside our booking trough this website.
I just liked the location near the station
The hotel was horrible. The room was extremely small, no WIFI in the room, no AC or ventilator it was like a SAUNA, the shower had almost no water coming out.
nothing was interesting for this hotel
staff were very rode, the asked for whole amount of money for the researvation in advanced, they didnt accept credit card although was written in the website of this hotel that they accept credit card payment. they left the hotel after they did check in and received the money, we never saw any staff in the reception after that even when we wanted to do check out, no body was there in the hotel so we left the keys on the reception desk.the remote control of the split unit was not in the room and no staff were in available in the hotel to ask them so we slept in a hot room because we couldnt find the remote control of the split unit as they kept it with them in order to charge us 10 euros for using the air cooling .
I like the location of this hotel...it is situated very near to Termini which makes travelling to anywhere fairly easy, either by walking or by metro or bus. The staff is quite nice and friendly, and they have room service everyday. The quadruple room is very spacious! Quite comfortable for a 3 - 4 nights stay.
The reception is always not around, in fact, i only met them once during my 4 day stay. So, it's a little difficult if you have any questions to ask...The internet connection is very bad, couldn't connect at all...
If you are looking a cheap hotel in the city center - this is a good one. Nice staff, speaking English and very helpful. But the comfort of the room leaves much to be desired. Very small room, very noisy (you can hear perfectly what is happening in corridors and in neighbour rooms), the shower is old, the tub is terrible. So it's just a place to come in the evening and leave in the morning, but no way for a romantic vacation.
Nice room, the guy at the reception was helpful. Very basic facilities though. Recommended only if you're backpacking. Located close to the Termini - making it very convenient to travel.
Have to climb a flight of stairs after taking the lift. Not good when u have a lot of luggage. There's no one at the reception. You need to buzz them for someone to show up. No meal facilities. Pretty basic.
Next to metro and train station.
Bathroom was terrible! Noise.
Very Near to the Roma Termini.the room was clean and neat. Good value for money
Was given 2 single bed instead of one double bed.
Staff were friendly and helpful
The triple rooms could have been a little bigger but suited our budget
