The location, staff, rooms, breakfast are all perfect.
Great spot near termini
Flat pillows, room too hot (in March!) and air con didn't work
I being over charged for one day and I being dealing with the staff for three days to get reimbursed and they have ignored me and used excuses to delay the reimbursement Poor service and even worse attitude
The location near the central railway terminal is excellent. You will be within easy walking distance of many museums and ruins.
Friendly stuff, nice and clean environment.
Great location, within walking distance of the main train station therefore made it so easy to get around Rome
The value for the room. The room was very comfortable. The staff was superb.
I liked everything. The bar. The restaurant. The breakfast. Nothing to say bad about your hotel in my opinion.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast
required repairs, no free WiFi
Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant.
Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room
the room was really small, not very confortable and the bathroom was ridiculously tiny...
Near to train station
Very old furniture
Good location. Good sized room
Maids left room doors when cleaning and camera stolen. Tv no English language programs Breakfasts same every day
the lighting in the room very poor and the mattress/pillows very uncomfortable.
