Nice rooms, small but neat, perfectly clean. good location for a rome trip, nice and cheap restaurants nearby.
breakfast was nice, but unfortunately they provide single-use plates and cups etc. would be much more sustainable if they used normal plates.
Room was extremely small, not to speak about the bathroom, which is so tiny that you basically cannot use it. Room had a bad smell, poor furniture.
The room was clean and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The elevator was small and slow but it worked. The location was great. Breakfast was included which was a plus. But not worth the 10e if you had to pay for it separately.
Requested courtyard rooms but were given street side rooms. Somewhat noisy when the trams go by but they stop at 11:30 and resume at 5:30 not too bad unless your a light sleeper. No cold milk for the cereal.
Very good location, enough safety and quiet
Not easy to find this hotel (no sign on the street), in our room (No.112) - ants in a bathroom, horrible smell from outside (in the aula - ventilation of the restoran next door. We ask receptionist for taxi for 5 persons, he cancel, because hotel work just with one taxi-company and send them reservation by computer, automaticly they send car for 4. Any requests - call by yellow pages or by internet to another company, give me any numbers - "sorry, I can't help you".
Excelent location 2 min away from Termini station.Clean and basic hotel very good for a few nights.
The room doors must be changed.
location to the termini and the main tourist spots of rome . room was clean and bathroom was well appointed .
hotel terni was in fact a 2 star facility not 3 star as advertised , which in turn was run by its sister hotel the 3 star hotel dina . breakfast spread left a lot to be desired
Room a reasonble size, good facilities for overnight stay
Good service with a smile..
Location is very good , close to Termini and historical centre.Hotel staff were helpful. Routine daily cleaninig enough.Furnitures was good and comfort.
Check in at 2pm but my room was not ready. Towels was incompletely. Blanket very dirty and ancient. Drapes on the window was very dirty.
