Pros: The person working the front desk when we checked in was fantastic. Helpful and very nice! We were able to get a ground floor room as we were traveling with a baby and all that entails. It was quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast was a bonus, waffles were awesome and there were lots of options even biscuits and gravy. We needed towels and they were brought right away. We had a fridge and microwave in the room, that was awesome.

Pros: We stayed overnight and the next day we had a quick breakfast and took the shuttle to downtown. Very courteous driver and the return shuttle back to the motel was also courteous and careful driver.

Cons: Breakfast could have been a little better. The waffles were great but the ham and eggs were not too appetizing. At least there were lots of other options. TV was kinda small but it worked for us. Room was a little tight with the beds and a huge comfy chair.

Pros: Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. It made our stay less stressful. There were plenty of charging stations for all of our devices. Beds were comfortable and I slept well.
Cons: The tub faucet needed repair or replacement. Even with the faucet off, there was a small, steady stream of water--many gallons wasted. The tub and shower worked well, except for the faucet issues.

Cons: The shower didn’t work well. More water came out of the faucet than the shower head when the shower was on. The faucet also couldn’t be shut off so water trickled all night. The beds were clean but VERY uncomfortable.

Cons: The room was dirty sheets had finger nail and toe nail clippings under sheets, bathroom walls had blood and something else all over the wall. No turn down services for the 4 days we stayed. Had to get towels every day from front desk.

Cons: Room was filthy. Floors hadn't been washed for months, I would say. I took off my shoes and walked across the room...my feet were black! Walls are dirty, doors are dirty...fingerprints all over. Flooring was worn and popping up at the seams. Shower was gross. The dirty washcloth in photos is from wiping up the floor! NEVER been in such a dump of a motel room. They should have paid us to stay there!
