The base rental price was cheap and staff was friendly enough (at the National desk, there is no dedicated Enterprise desk.)Cons:
Fear tactics used to try and sell all manner of additional insurance, as well as guess how much fuel you'll use and prepay for more than this. The Nissan Sentra was junky compared to similar Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda cars. Apple Carplay was super flaky, even tested with multiple phones and cables.10.0 Wonderful

The car was clean. Pick up was a bummer. Drop off was easy.Cons:
I booked a full size car. They didn’t have a full size. They tried to give me an upgrade . . . Twice, but their computer system wouldn’t allow it. So, I got a downgrade. Then, they couldn’t honor the price that Kayak quoted. So I got downgraded and was charged more than I expected. I’ll never use Hertz or Kayak again.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Hertz failed to hold our reserved vehicle, forcing us to shift from full-size to compact equipment. We were flying from Florida which was in the midst of recovery from hurricane Irma. In addition, we experienced delays in Ohare, unable to notify Hertz. I worked for IBM for 33 years, rented Hertz vehicles dozens of times, and will NEVER rent from Hertz again!Dollar

Patrick in Rochester was perfect Customer Service Rep. He was very gracious & patient. As the vehicle was parked in a difficult to describe location, he walked me there & made sure I felt comfortable w/the vehicle given it was very different than what I’m used to driving.Cons:

Pickup and dropoff were easy, the car was clean and well maintained.Cons:
When I picked up the car, the agent didn't mention their "EZ Fill" fee to me, so I thought it was optional - turns out it's not. If the car is driven fewer than 75 miles, and you are gracious enough to fill up the tank but don't keep the receipt, you get hit with a $13 fee. That's pretty shady.2.0 Poor
