The hotel was spacious, the beds were comfortable and it was a good location. Loved the common rooms and courtyard. The bathroom had lots of room but the shower was a little dark. Would stay again

Cons (-) Reception area not what expected for over $200 a night. Lobby nice, not so much reception area. No cafe. Rooms varied greatly. One big nice room, 2 okay, not so nice rooms. Son moved 2nd night w/child...

Pros (+) Quaint I surmise weddings/events are this venues bread & butter whereas the rooms are a pleasant conviviality.

Pros (+) Close to many Civil War Museums. Edgar Allen Poe lived across the street. Was a frequent visitor.
Cons (-) Breakfast area was unattended. Trash piled up in can. However, I would stay again and recommend to others.
