So much to say.... Overall, this hotel was presented as a luxury stay that was not. We paid almost $1,000 for two nights which created a level of expectations that were not met. The hotel had an overall clean look to it and the staff were very nice. However, if you are looking for 4 or 5 star experience, this is not the place to stay. The hotel has been open for a couple of months but is still working lots of kinks, such as rooftop bar and pool not open, disorganized front desk, elevators not working properly, coffee shop lacking essentials.
