The airport shuttle was convenient, the room was spacious and hotel staff all went above and beyond to be helpful and made sure we had a great stay. The attached restaurant was good and opened early for our morning flight. Little details like the white noise machine in the room and blackout blinds helped provide a great sleep too!

Pros (+) The airport shuttle has 4 seats and was full each time it came. We waited 2 hours then cancelled our reservation

Pros (+) Clean, decent in-room amenities (not just coffee and microwave, but plates and utensils)
Cons (-) Location was not convenient. Lobby didn't even have coffee service. Customer service was marginal at best -- I was traveling solo with a baby abs couldn't even get help hauling the luggage cart and baby up to my room. Not as good as other hotels at similar prices.
