Overall, guests expressed dissatisfaction with several aspects of the hotel. The most common complaints were about the noise level, with many finding the rooms and surroundings too loud. Service was another major issue, as guests frequently mentioned unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Cleanliness also received negative remarks, particularly concerning unpleasant odors and the state of the pool.
