Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests appreciated the hotel’s friendly and attentive staff, as well as the variety of amenities such as pools and water slides, making it ideal for families. The location was also highlighted as convenient and close to attractions. However, several reviews noted significant issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, and some guests felt the hotel did not meet five-star standards. Breakfast and food quality received generally positive remarks, though a few guests found the food repetitive or only decent. Overall, the hotel is well-suited for families seeking a lively atmosphere and good service, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
