The location was good.
The bathroom was so small. I am close to 6foot tall, with very long legs. When I sat on the toilet, my knees touched the sink. Also the electrical plugs in the bathroom were so old and worn out, the blow dryer, the coffee pot, and my curling iron would not stay plugged in. Also the room smelled terribly from smoke. The pillows on the bed smelled from smoke, I couldn’t use a pillow to sleep. I was very disappointed in the room.
Decent price for downtown. Staff was nice
They need to get green. Showers were ridiculous for water waste. I will be writing corporate.
The location was next to my conference and the staff was welcoming. After a long conference, I was greeted by a concert, a beer tent, and a valet! Thankx Harrahs!
The carpet need cleaning. Otherwise clean.
Very pleased with the size of the room which included a balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the room was especially quiet being on the end of the floor.
I stayed there so I could go to the spa but it was closed. very disappointed
